Capt'n Fishbones A trip to the Shell Factory wouldn't be complete without a stop at our renowned Capt'n Fishbones Seafood Grill. Open for lunch and dinner, it offers comfortable table and booth seating in the dining room and bar, as well as open-air (weather permitting, of course!) dining. You can also dine in the Dolphin Room or in our new Tiki Hut area. Bring your dog for a treat at our new DogBones Café.
Both Capt'n Fishbones & the Dolphin Room are newly renovated and our menu offers delectable and appetizing changes as well; creating one of the finest seafood dining experiences in SW Florida. The restaurant is also the perfect spot to stop off for a cool drink between shopping, activities in the Fun Park and a visit to our new Nature Park. In addition, we have live entertainment on selected evenings where you can come and dance or Karaoke with your family and friends.

Gourmet Fudge with many delightful snack items, you'll never
go hungry at the Shell Factory! 
Try as you might to ignore them, the delicious smells
wafting over from Rosie's Gourmet Fudge will quickly divert
your attention! Watch Rosie and her fudge makers stir and
pour the confection onto large marble slabs for cooling;
then choose your favorite. At any one time you'll find dozens
of flavors including chocolate, chocolate walnut, peanut
butter, peanut butter cup, penuche, banana, chocolate mint,
french vanilla and many more! All fudge is made the traditional,
old-fashioned way, using Rosie's original recipes. Rosie’s
also carries Olaf Ice Cream, Sno Cones, soft ice cream & New
York-style soft pretzels.
For
a fast bite to eat come over and visit our newly remodeled
Subway, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We’re
open seven days a week from 9am to 8pm.
