How to set up an Online Wholesale Account
We will need the following information fax or email to us:
- Tax ID Number – will also need the Tax ID Certificate
fax for first time buyers.
- Company Name
- Contact Person
- E-mail Address
- Phone Number
- Fax Number
- How you would like us to contact you with your user name
and password.
When we receive this fax or e-mail we will set your account
up for you and contact you with your user name and password.
Ordering Requirements
We have a $100 minimum purchase on all wholesale orders.
When ordering, please have stock number, name, size and
quantity ready. Our wholesale business hours are Mon -
Sat 9am - 9pm
and Sun 9am - 8pm
Florida Residents
You must submit a signed copy of your up-to-date Resale Certificate
and Tax ID# before any order can be processed.
Out-of-State Buyers
Please mail, fax or e-mail us a copy of your local business
license prior to placing an order.
Prices
Prices are FOB, North Ft. Myers, FL and are subject to increase
without notice due to conditions abroad.
Discounts
Volume price breaks are available on certain items. Please
call for information.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards,and checks. Please call
and verify all orders that you would like to pay with check.

till check is verified.
Shipping
We use UPS Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select;
FedEx; USPS Priority; DHL; and commercial trucking.
Returns
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Please phone within three business days after receiving your
shipment.
General
Should you wish to visit our warehouse and select your own
items – either to take with you or to ship - Please stop by
from 8AM – 4PM EST Monday – Friday. Appointments and walk-ins

Special Considerations
Sand Dollars under 2” are not wrapped but carefully packed to
prevent damage during shipment. There is no breakage credit
due to the fragile nature of the product.
